Through the many years of service to this wonderful community, across the world and beyond, this magical place known by many as Madge Elaine's World has now become: We promise to grow, nurture, educate and spread the art of theatre to all who desire it. Knowing few boundaries, we are dedicated to preserving and assisting the professional artisans as much as the private sector, educational and religious organizations, charities and public events. It is our pledge to be here when you need our help and provide the necessary or fanciful components to make your dreams come alive.

A Little History

Just as make-up and accessories can change a person's look on the outside, Pizzazz Theatrical has seen many changes throughout the years.  The shop began as a novelty shop in 1972 known as "Funway" which specialized in gimmicks and magic.  As its popularity grew, so did its supply of merchandise and ideas. The shop branched into theatre, carrying theatrical make-up, costumes and supplies as "Paramount Theatrical and Entertainment Specialties".

In 1988, Madge Simpson purchased Paramount and added costumes, wigs and costume accessories. A few years later she changed the name to "Madge Elaine's World of Entertainment, Inc." and grew and grew some more.  Madge Elaine's World's goal was to provide the Central Florida Area with education and products and to service a booming entertainment market as well as the everyday consumer.  Because we are so close geographically to the entertainment business, we can see "first-hand" new fashions and trends in the industry.

You do not have to be in the industry to take advantage of the trade skills and supplies available to create stunning effects "day-to-day" or professionally.  So whether you are entertaining at home or a large number of guests or as your profession, we, who are now called Pizzazz Theatrical, can supply you with what you need to become a success.
